Vote or Die, as part of the tenth anniversary celebration, was an event held throughout the month of March 2010.
Voting[]
A poll on the HTF website allowed fans to vote on whether Lammy and Mr. Pickels would be the next addition to the cast or Truffles would be.
Results[]
Out of the 181,512 votes...
- a total of 107,273 votes went to Lammy and Mr. Pickels.
- a total of 74,239 votes went to Truffles.
Lammy and Mr. Pickels won 59 percent to 41 percent (the ratio was nearly 3:2), with a difference of 33,034 votes.
April Fools Joke[]
Who put you in here?
On April Fool's Day, the Happy Tree Friends crew put up an image stating that Lumpy had won and that new characters would not be added. This was obviously false, although several fans stood convinced that it was true. The following day it was revealed that "Lumpy Wins" was indeed a joke, and the true results were announced.
