This machine looks happy...

At least he didn't see Disco Bear in a speedo.
And they haven't even left the docks yet.
Lumpy and Russell leave before they too get a load of Disco Bear.
DB gets his tan on.
This better be a raccoon-proof sub.

I didn't know that chair could float.
The periscope impales him through the chest.
Disco Bear's death.
The Seagulls collect the spoils.
Russell and Lumpy have hit the jackpot!
Darn Russian spies.
They're always onto you.
Lumpy supplies oxygen.
Russell suddenly needs scuba gear.
On the red already?
Didn't Lumpy just pump oxygen for you like five seconds ago?
Lumpy about to be reminded that he should pump air.
Lumpy sees the bell.
He pumps more oxygen.
That's better.
Russell feels the power.
It feels good to breathe.
The treasure is being held by a human skeleton?
"I feel rich already."
"I got it! I got it!"
A tap on the shoulder.
"Who did that?"
Treasure hunter's safety rule #1: Make sure Lifty and Shifty don't follow you.
"Yaaaaaaaaaaarrrrr..."

Lifty and Shifty not getting away while they have the chance.
Russell is really slow going down.
Lifty and Shifty still not getting away.
Russell slowly falling.

Lifty takes a quick opportunity to cheat.
Russell finally lands.
The twins snickering...
...their laughter contained by bubbles.
They escape rather quickly carrying that heavy chest.
Russell is angry that he had his treasure stolen.
So he grabs a sawfish...
...and uses it to cut a hole through the shipwreck.
Now he grabs a shark.
Hammerheads have a hard enough time with all the other fish laughing at them.
Just like in Off the Hook, we have the mistake of electric eels living in the ocean.
Impressive that he built this using things on the ocean floor.
Does this mean Russell's a pirate-technician?
He could have spent that time catching up to the thieves, not building something that will fall apart in a few seconds.
Like Sniffles' Inventions, this one's defective.
Revenge of the sea creatures!
Russell runs low on oxygen.
He alerts Lumpy.
Didn't they ever tell you not to sleep on the job?
Lumpy awakens.
His foot is somewhere it shouldn't be.
Look down.
Lumpy realizes his error.
One giant oxygen bubble coming up.
"Too much oxygen!"
The hose comes loose and deflates wildly.
"Looks like that hose didn't affect me..."
"...Okay, I take that back."
The whole ship comes apart.
Lumpy sinks to the bottom.
"See you on the other side."
Russell continues inflating.
Russell's death.
Dolphins sure love playing with bloated bodies.
"I'm the King of Thieves!"
One of the very few times we see Shifty without his hat.
If Mr. Krabs was here, he would go berserk for that treasure!
Things are about to heat up.
Disco Bear would have loved his new sauna sub.
The sub begins falling apart from the heat.
Lifty gets crushed.
The loyalty between two brothers is about to be tested.
Shifty prepares to pull his sibling out...
...or take his bling.
Lifty doesn't like the idea of brotherly betrayal.
"My feet!"
Thought the sand on the beach was hot?
Shifty trying to escape.
Unfortunately, he's got too much gold in his skin pockets.
"Oops, dropped a few coins."
They're worthless now.
Shifty is starting to realize that the treasure is starting to melt.
His butt being scalded by melting gold. Not a nice day for skin pockets.
Shifty burning to death by melting gold.
The sub gets destroyed by lava, yet Lifty survives.
If he's lucky, he could swim to the surface.
What a lucky break!
Solid gold Shifty.
There's gold in his eyes.
Freedom... or greed?
Lifty chose greed over freedom.
You had your chance.
One lethally greedy act followed by another.
If you were underwater, this is what the sand would look like if something hit the ground.
Cuddles discovers something washing ashore.
