Nutty is waiting for Toothy.
He's afraid. Just like real kids at the dentist's. Goof #1: Toothy's philtrum is missing for the entire episode
Dentist Toothy at your service. (Either him or Lumpy, who's safer?)
Uhhhh… why is the mask not properly on his face? Goof #2: Toothy's eyes are slanted and clips through his head mirror also his mask is disconnected
Was Toothy reading that book the whole time?
"Okay!" Goof #3: Toothy's ear is duplicated

Toothy trying to get rid of Nutty's rotten tooth.
This isn't working. Goof #4: Nutty's philtrum is missing from here to when his jaw is ripped off
But then that's when they get...
...the procaine!
Nutty really hates these needles.
He's trying to stick the needle in.
"Wait, too far!"
Toothy should look at where he's squirting the procaine.
Time to take the needle out.
He looks fine?
"Alright, procaine injected." Goof #5: From the back Nutty's candy apple and other features are missing.
"Let's see, what's the next step?"
"Alright."
"Let's drill."
Don't worry, Toothy's got the drill! It's 100% sure to drill your rotten tooth off. Goof #6: Toothy has inverted pupils.
"Huh? What is going on with our equipment?"
"Darn, the battery is out."
"Whatever, I got a backup one."
"Told ya."
He puts the new battery in.
You do know it is still in Nutty's mouth right?
"Alright, let's drill for real"
Overdrill.
"Wait, did I over drill?" Goof #7: Toothy's arm is detached from his body
"Oh no. I over drilled. Sorry, Nutty."
"It's okay, as long as you can get my rotten tooth away from my mouth it'll be okay." Goof #8: Nutty should be drowning in blood right now
Dentist Toothy is still reading the book to find a new method.
He has an idea. Use the old-fashioned method.
One end of the string around Nutty's tooth...

Lumpy responding after the doorbell rings.
And that pulled Nutty's jaw off.
Nutty's jaw is totally destroyed! Goof #9: The hole in the headrest is missing

The carjack ending, actually the first ending that the creators drew up. Had they went for this ending, Toothy would have gotten his first kill in this episode.
