These are goofs that appear in the TV series of Happy Tree Friends.

I know this is a absolute nightmare to see Petunia looking like this, but it's impossible for the skin on her body to fall in the sink when it's supposed to be on the floor. Skinning her tail off isn't possible as well, as it's made up of fur, and not skin.
Look, I know Lumpy's dead body looks horrifying to look at, but the dead body has no antlers.
Petunia's skin is covered in filth here...
...but after she skins herself, her skin looks clean. Same goes for the potato peeler.
Lumpy is holding the fur from his left hand...

Sniffles' mouth is supposed to be at the tip of his snout, and not under it. (It stays like this for the rest of the episode)

...and then the beehive disappears in the shot where he rips off the fur from the bear.
