Overview
Disco Bear has been known to flirt with girl characters on a regular basis, with little success. They are often annoyed at him for doing so, most likely because they are bothered by him showing off, sometimes causing them pain in the process.
Giggles and Petunia are the most frequent targets of Disco Bear's flirting attempts. He has presumably flirted with Flaky on a lesser basis. He has yet to interact with Lammy.

Giggles and Petunia
Stayin' Alive
Giggles and Petunia seemed annoyed at first when Disco Bear interrupted their tea party. When he got Giggles to dance with him, she actually felt impressed before she was killed. Petunia was obviously horrified at this before she too was killed by Disco Bear, who failed to notice either of their deaths and mistook their suffering for dance moves. The events that occurred in this episode might have led to girl's hatred for Disco Bear.
Unlike DB, Mime's a real chick magnet.
Ipso Fatso
The two seemed discontent when Disco bear came to the restaurant. She, along with Giggles, insulted Disco Bear, calling him a square, and they giggled at him when he was eating fruits. He meets them in the gym later on, to their displeasure.
Easy Comb, Easy Go
When Mime managed to impress the girls with his wig, a shaven Disco Bear made yet another attempt to hit on them. The trio laughs at him as a result.
Put Your Back Into It
As usual, neither Giggles or Petunia showed interest in Disco Bear when he entered the dance room with them. When he broke his back, however, they did react with shock to his scream. But he just tried to hide his pain from them and left for home.
Giggles only
This could have ended well if Disco Bear were not too fast.
Aw Shucks!
Disco Bear was seen hitting on Giggles again without much success. He thought it worked when she was killed by Lumpy's giant popcorn. He failed to notice Giggles' death, attempting to kiss her seconds before he too was killed.
A Change of Heart
Despite her dislike of him, Giggles took care of Disco Bear while Lumpy was out (this was part of her job as a doctor's assistant). Disco Bear made no attempts to flirt with Giggles as he was unconscious for much of the episode.

How did Petunia get in this situation?
Hello Dolly
Disco Bear winks at Petunia, who gives no reaction in return as she was too occupied with her dolly and didn't even seem to notice him.
Blind Date
For some odd reason, Disco Bear and Petunia ended up on a date. It is likely she decided to give him one chance, something she regretted when he attempted to kiss her. She sprayed him in the eyes before they both got killed by The Mole.
A Change of Heart
Petunia was annoyed when Disco Bear was dancing and she was holding his dishes. When he thanked her through an attempted kiss, she was clearly disgusted. Then she was shocked when he suffered from a heart attack and presumably called an ambulance.
Flaky
Disco Bear is happy to see Flaky.
Disco Bear doesn't flirt as much with Flaky as with Petunia and Giggles. On the other hand, he seems to be a bit more successful with her, to the point that you could consider them as actual friends.
Ski Ya, Wouldn't Wanna Be Ya
At the beginning of the episode, Disco Bear ended up pushing her away accidentally in order to flirt with Giggles and Petunia. Four days later, when Flaky was at the door of Disco Bear's cabin, he was happy to see her, unaware of the fact that she was dead.
Rink Hijinks
Like the above episode, Disco Bear didn't notice Flaky when he pushed her out of the way, leading to a lethal chain of events.

Flaky had no problem with the grocery's other workers, Nutty and Disco Bear. Before the flood in the store, she was seen happily shaking hands with the latter, even smiling. Though this could have been due to the photo that The Mole shot of them.
Easy Comb, Easy Go
Disco Bear was in a hurry to test Lifty and Shifty's hair growth formula and got mad at Flaky for slowing down the traffic.
Lammy
Due to Lammy and Disco Bear not appearing on-screen at the same episode, they have to yet meet each other.
Trivia
- Flaky is the first female character to have interacted with Disco Bear and not have any romantic relationships.
- Disco Bear flirting with Flaky was one of the main hints of Flaky being female before the confirmation came out.
- Despite their dislike of Disco Bear, Giggles and Petunia do occasionally show concern for him (particularly in A Change of Heart and briefly in Put Your Back Into It).
- On Disco Bear's starring roles in the TV Series, all of the females introduced at the time appeared. They also survived these episodes (debatable for Flaky in Easy Comb, Easy Go).
